Over the last several weeks, I have received several calls from people who have been ripped off by contractors offering lower prices and 5-10 year warranties
They have given these contractors half down only to find out that they are part of a scam.
Many have had contractors from out of state and some locals take
"HALF DOWN"
only to have the job of their dreams go up in smoke.
I cannot say this to you enough! STOP given half down to
these companies that are requiring a deposit.
Just refuse to do it. If you are planning to remodel your home,

Don't get me wrong either. There are some great contractors in this city.
I am more then willing to give you several that I know personally and have great respect for.
Don't be fooled by these scam artist.
